What Orange Moon is
- What's Orange Moon?
- Orange Moon is an AI consulting and training practice for solopreneurs and small business owners who want to actually use AI in their work — not just talk about it. We help you figure out what to automate, what not to, and how to build the habit of working with AI tools without losing your mind in the process.
- Who is this for / not for?
- This is for people running small operations — solo freelancers, consultants, small teams — who know AI exists but haven't gotten it to stick. It is not for enterprise teams with dedicated IT, people looking for a plug-and-play software product, or anyone who wants someone else to do the work for them indefinitely. We're here to help you own it, not outsource it to us forever.
- Is this another "AI course"?
- No. Most AI courses teach you tools. We care more about your workflow — where you're losing time, where a tool could help, and whether you'd actually use it. There's some instruction involved, but it's applied to your real work, not generic demos. If you want a self-paced video library, this probably isn't the right fit.
- What does "OM Triad" actually mean?
- People, Process, AI — in that order. The model is that AI is only as useful as the process it plugs into, and the process is only as useful as the person running it. We start with how you work, not with which tool to install. It sounds obvious but most implementations skip straight to the tool and wonder why nothing sticks.

- What's included in OM360?
- OM360 is our flagship engagement. It includes an intake session to map your current workflows, a structured sprint to identify and implement 2-3 high-value AI integrations, and follow-up check-ins to troubleshoot and adjust. Exact format and length depend on your situation — every engagement is scoped in writing before we start.
- How is this different from hiring a consultant / using ChatGPT myself / taking a course?
- A solo consultant gives you a report. ChatGPT gives you answers when you ask. A course gives you curriculum. None of those consistently help you build a working habit. We work alongside you, on your actual tasks, until something is running reliably — then we step back. That's the difference.
- How long is a typical engagement?
- Most people are in active work with us for 4-8 weeks. Some situations are faster, some are slower. We're not trying to stretch it — we want you to not need us as quickly as possible. We'll be honest if we think your situation could be solved in a single session rather than a full engagement.
- What if I already use AI a lot?
- Good — you'll move faster. Most people who come to us already using AI are stuck in one of two places: they've hit a ceiling on what they can figure out solo, or they're using AI in ways that are slower than not using it. Both are fixable. We can skip the basics and go straight to the stuck points.
Trust & money
- How does pricing work?
- Every engagement is scoped in writing before kickoff — format, deliverables, and price agreed up front. We're not running endless upsell tiers, and we don't publish a menu because the honest answer depends on your scope. Book a call and we'll give you a straight answer.
- Refund policy / guarantee?
- We agree the deliverables in writing before we start, and we don't want your money if we can't help you. If after the intake session it's clear it's not a fit, we'll say so and part as friends. We'd rather lose a sale than waste your time.
- Who are Gabriel and Julia?
- Gabriel is the technical co-founder — self-taught, has been building with AI tools since before most people had heard of them. Julia handles operations and client coordination; she came from a corporate logistics background and joined in May 2026. Neither of us has a polished origin story. We're building this in real time, honestly.
- I'm not technical at all — will I be lost?
- No. Julia isn't technical either, and she's on every client call. We've built this specifically so that non-technical people can follow along, ask questions, and leave knowing what they actually did and why. If we're using jargon you don't recognize, tell us to stop.
Logistics
- How do I get started?
- Book a discovery call using the link on the site. It's 20-30 minutes, no pitch deck, no pressure. We'll ask what you're working on, where you're stuck, and whether what we do matches what you need. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
- Cohort dates / waitlist?
- We're in early launch phase. The first cohort dates aren't locked yet. If you're interested, book a call and we'll reach out when dates are confirmed. Priority goes to people who've already had a discovery call.
- Can my whole team join?
- Yes, with some caveats. OM360 is designed for one primary person per engagement, but team packages exist. If you have 2-5 people who'd all benefit from being in the same sessions, reach out and we'll talk through what makes sense. We don't want to sell you a team package if a solo engagement would cover it.
